The Nvidia make many best graphics cards we have seen from last 10 year or so. AMD is out of the game as they are already late in the contest so Nvidia is getting the full benefits. The GPU market has been dominated by Nvidia and they are the only brand which is giving much variety with performance. The Nvidia GTX 690 and then GTX Titan have done really well in the market for Nvidia and now they launch another new card of their 700 series which is Nvidia GTX 770 alongside with Nvidia GTX 780. This card is in the market to replace GTX 680 as the name tells so lets talk about its features and specifications…..

The Nvidia GTX 770 has not the new manufacturing process as it is based on 28nm manufacturing process and the Nvidia use its GK104 GPU to powered Nvidia GTX 770. The Nvidia GTX 770 is introduced to replace GTX 670 but with respect to its specifications, Nvidia GTX 770 is more powerful than GTX 670. The Nvidia GTX 770 has 1536 CUDA cores, 32 ROPS, same Kelper GPU (GK104) as GTX 680 & 670 have, core clock is 1046Mhz and 244 GB/s memory bandwidth as well. The Nvidia GTX 770 will surely outclass the GTX 670 and we can easily see that even before running all the tests and benchmarks. The Nvidia GTX 770 requires 8+6 pin power connectors and 3 way SLI options is available for enthusiasts as well. The Nvidia GTX 770 has DVI-D, DVI-L, Display port 1.2 and HDMI port to connect multi-monitors with Nvidia GTX 770.
Lets take a look at benchmarks…..

The Nvidia GTX 770 is a great thing to have and we are looking forward towards its AMP edition which will be more powerful and performer. The Nvidia GTX 770 is more than GTX 670 in all aspects. The performance can tell you the whole story so I will not talk about it much as its already shown is benchmarks results. The Nvidia GTX 770 is a well deserve upgrading option for the GTX 670 users and especially its AMP edition will turn the wheel more so I will suggest to wait a little and get its AMP edition but honestly, its far better than GTX 670 in terms of performance and overclocking.

  • Nice design.
  • Better build quality.
  • Great performance.
  • 1536 CUDA cores.
  • Faster clock speed and memory bandwidth.
  • Faster than GTX 670.
  • Reasonable price.
  • Not much innovation as its Same 28 nm manufacturing process based and GK104 GPU.
